“We are thrilled to bring to life the combined vision of Family Travel and Out & About With Kids, in a magazine that is accessible to all,” said Janeece Keller, Founder & CEO. “We want to help families make the most of the 18 summers (or 51 school holidays) they have with their kids and we’ve designed Family Travel magazine to support that by making sure we cover aspirational, inspirational as well as obtainable experiences.”
“The team behind this first edition are the best there is. We’ve got a seasoned editor at the helm, a dynamic and accomplished designer, an amazing group of contributors, and a partner focused sales and marketing team. And what’s more, the diversity in our team reflects the diversity of our readers, so I’m confident we’re inclusive of a broad range of family shapes, sizes and dynamics.”
“I’m really excited by the how this first issue will be received by our readers, partners, and community,” Janeece concluded.
In this launch issue, Family Travel magazine tackles Tokyo, cruising, the best snow destinations around the world – from Japan to the US, Europe to Canada and of course Australia to New Zealand – and of course the family favourite Fiji. Readers can discover movie magic throughout the Hawaiian islands, or delve into the delights of Bali in the surfing safari feature.
WA shines with a spotlight on Hillarys Boat Harbour, and with 36 pages of awesome insights, the Out & About With Kids section brings domestic Australian travel to the fore. With local destinations, attractions, restaurants, hotels and events all in one place, families can find plenty of fabulous things to do in their own home town.
